  1. Contemplate Mary’s Gaze: Sit quietly before an image of the Virgin and Child. Notice her serenity and attentiveness. Ask for her openness to God’s will.
  2. Pray the Words Slowly: “Place me with Thy Son.” Let them become a rhythm of the heart — a surrender and belonging.
  3. Imagine Yourself Beside Christ: At the manger, on the road, at the cross, rejoicing at the resurrection. Allow Mary to draw you close to Him in love and service.
